These terms cover your use of Amplify: AI Studio for Games, Websites and Web Apps ("Amplify", "we", "us") through our Whop storefront. Amplify is run by Guðmundur Eyberg Kristjánsson, an individual based in Iceland. By buying credits or using Amplify, you agree to these terms. Whop's own terms also apply to your Whop account and to payments.
Amplify uses AI to build games, websites and web apps from your descriptions. You pay for builds with credits.

What each action costs:
• Standard build: 6 credits
• Build with a premium model: 12 credits
• Visual asset: 8 credits
• Fixes: free
Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on where you live. Whop shows the final price at checkout.
• Credits are stored credit. They stay on your balance until spent; they are not a subscription or an access pass.
• Credits have no cash value. You can't exchange them for money, sell them or transfer them, except for the refunds described in section 7.
• We may change pack prices or credit costs in the future. Credits you have already bought keep their value under the prices that applied when you bought them.
Credits you buy on Whop and credits you buy in our Telegram Mini App (with Telegram Stars) are held in separate accounts. You can't move or combine them, and they can't be refunded on the other platform.
If a build fails because of a problem on our side, we return the credits for that build to your balance. These refunds are made in credits, not money.
• You own what you build. You keep your rights in your prompts, the files you upload and the projects Amplify creates for you, as far as the law allows.
• You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, display and run your projects and content. We use it only to operate, provide and improve Amplify. The licence ends when you delete your project, except for reasonable backup periods.
• You are responsible for everything you submit and for how you use what you build.
Don't use Amplify to create, upload or share content that:
• is illegal, fraudulent or harmful;
• infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• is malware or phishing, or is designed to deceive or harm users;
• sexualises minors, promotes violence or harasses others.
Also don't abuse the service. This includes trying to get around credit limits, overloading our systems and reselling access without our permission.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. If we suspend you for a serious breach, you may lose any unused credits.
• You can get a refund for unused credits within 14 days of purchase. Contact us at hello@grow.contact or through Whop support.
• Credits you have already used, including used credits that later went back to your balance, are not refundable. If you have used part of a pack, we refund the unused portion pro rata.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Whop. Whop's processing fees may not be returned.
• If you are a consumer in the EEA, your legal rights still apply. When you start using credits, you ask us to begin the service immediately, and you accept that your right to withdraw ends for the credits you use.
• Opening a chargeback without contacting us first may lead to your account being suspended.
AI-generated output can contain errors, bugs, security problems or content that isn't original. Amplify and everything it produces are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Before you publish or use a build, it's up to you to:
• review and test it;
• check that it is secure;
• check that it is legally fine to use.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we will let you know through Whop or inside the app. If you keep using Amplify after a change, you accept the new terms. You can stop using Amplify at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.
These terms are governed by Icelandic law. Disputes go to the courts of Reykjavík, Iceland, unless your local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home country.
